We're Gattah's Godly Good Sauce — a small-batch hot sauce outfit out of Charlotte, NC, often referred to as GGG by folks who've already drunk the swamp water.
Every bottle starts in our kitchen lab — peppers roasted, ingredients fussed over, recipes rewritten until the flavor sings. We're not chasing scoville bragging rights; we're chasing that perfect bite — heat that lifts a dish instead of burying it.
You'll find us at the Uptown Farmers Market on Saturdays with our fluffy quality-control officer Brooks, slingin' bottles to anyone hungry enough to try somethin' new. Pour it on shellfish, eggs, oxtail, micheladas — wherever good food's already happenin', we'll make it godly good.
